What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our standard home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces require specialized freight handling and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tang & Co. ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and rugs?
We accept returns on unused textiles and rugs within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and free from any signs of wear or pet hair to qualify for a full refund.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at the core of Tang & Co. We partner with artisans who use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed woods to ensure our environmental footprint remains as small as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may initiate a return once it arrives.
Do you provide assembly services for large furniture?
We offer 'White Glove Delivery' as an add-on service at checkout for most zip codes, which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
